What is Headed2?
Headed2 is a career information delivery system developed by Iradix Consulting that provides information on almost 900 occupations in the O*NET database. This fully customizable solution allows organizations to easily integrate it alongside of their current web offerings. Features of the system include:
- Occupational profiles on all O*NET occupations
- Videos and pictures on many occupations
- Headed2 occupation recommender, which recommends occupations based on users profiles
- State specific Labor Market Information
- Web based versions of the O*Net Interest Profiler and Work Importance Profiler assessment tools
